TEARMS AND CONDITIONS
1.
The right to participate in the
photo-contest organized by AC is given to all the clients of the company
that charter the vessel within 2010. The topic is "the most beautiful or
the funniest photo from your vacation".
2.
The competition for the first three
prizes will include photos with minimum resolution of 300 dpi (original
format) on which can be seen at least one, and even minimal detail of
the AC yacht / vessel. Each participant in the contest may send up to
five photos from his/her vacation, on e-mail address:
info@adriatic-charter.com and all five photos will enter in the
competition for the prizes. Organizer reserves the right to exclude the
photos from the contest if it is inappropriate and inconsistent with the
theme of the Photo-contest.
3.
Photos will be posted on the AC’s
website, and a three-member expert jury, which will be formed by the
organizer up to 15 days before the expiration of the tender period will
decide about the best.
4.
Awards fund of the contest are:
1st prize: seven days of sailing on one of our Bavaria 34 yacht in period of your choice (Saturday-Saturday only)
2nd prize: one week of sailing on our B32 in preseason (Saturday-Saturday only)
3rd prize: one weekend of sailing on our B34 in preseason
5.
Photo-contest results will be published
on the website www.adriatic-charter.com no later than January 31st,
2011. For arranging the acquisition and use of obtained rewards, the
winners will be contacted via e-mail by the organizer.
6.
Organizer reserves the right to use any
photo from the contest in the promotional materials of AC
7.
AC Photo-contest falls into the category
of the contests and is not considered ‘a game of chance’.
8.
All further obligations of the organizer
towards the winners cede after the use of awards.
9.
In the case of “act of God”, the
organizer of the Photo-contest can temporarily suspend or terminate it
entirely.
10.
By participating in the Photo-contest
all participants accept the rules listed in these Regulations. In case
of a possible dispute the jurisdiction of the Court in Zadar is
determined.
